2025 MAFP Conference in Mackinac Island
This year the MAFP conference was special. I got inducted as a Fellow. I presented two CME talks, one on climate health and the other on advocacy. Got to meet the first black AAFP president, Dr Warren Jones. And did some mini adventures that included the Arched Rocks, going to the UP, and seeing the Soo Locks. Solid pure Michigan weekend.
I always enjoy the MAFP conference because it’s a time to build my medical skills and knowledge, connect with great family doctors, relax and enjoy a beautiful part pf Michigan, and feel rejuvenated.
