2025 NMA Regional 4 Conference
It’s hard to explain the feeling you get being in a room full of black doctors. It’s unbelievable.
So The National Medical Association Region 4 Conference this weekend in Detroit was what I needed and more.
I wasn’t there for the CME credits but the lectures were amazing. I was there to be rejuvenated and connect with doctors who look like me and care about the same things I care about.
I’m grateful to be able to be surrounded by game changers, advocates, and leaders in medicine.
This weekend I saw friends, old and new, and even got to meet the current NMA President Dr Caine and past Presidents.
Looking forward to more connections, conferences, and catalytic change to improve patient care and make the medical community more diverse and robust.
